A new job opportunity has come up that may be of interest to you.
I currently have a client looking for an approved electrician to step into an instructor role at their long established engineering training centre. The company delivers high quality training to nationally recognised standards and is an accredited centre through SQA, SEMTA. EAL, City & Guilds, ECITB and SummitSkills.
They have extensive training workshop facilities specialising in electrical engineering and installation, electronics, welding/fabrication, mechanical engineering, machining manufacture, and under building services; air conditioning & refrigeration, plumbing and heating & ventilating. In addition to national training programmes they offer a wide variety of short courses.
All the training will be delivered at their base in Aberdeen, accommodation facilities are on offer if you are not local.
Although holding a grading card is beneficial they are more than happy to accept applications from good approved electricians willing to be put through the relevant courses. This permanent job offers great career progression up to a Senior lecture role.
Starting Salary on offer is £34,000.
