An excellent vacancy has come available for a temporary logistics / HR administrator to join a leading oil & gas engineering firm on the south side of Aberdeen.
The role is to be responsible for providing logistics support along with varied office based activities when required – ensuring that all personnel are competent and safe to work in line with company and industry standards and procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• To oversee crew change operations for on and offshore personnel in line with rotations and planned schedules.
• To act as focal point in relation to the movement of personnel.
• To book appropriate transport, ensuring all personnel have correct check-in details.
• Ensure all personnel have the correct documentation to be able to travel to desired locations.
• Manage and allocate accommodation to personnel.
• Maintain offshore rota and logistics spreadsheets.
• Responsible for arranging any necessary documentation and training to work offshore – Permit to Work, Offshore Survivals, OGUK Medicals etc.
HR Duties:
• Recruitment – advertising, correspondence with applicants and agencies, arranging interviews and appointment documentation.
• Recruitment of overseas workers.
• Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR issues.
• Management of SAGE HR Database and manual records in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.
This is a temporary role from 26th August until 7th October.
