Senior QHSE Analyst

An incredibly exciting opportunity has come available for a Senior QHSE Advisor to work with a world leading global manufacturing company, in their Aberdeen base.

The role:

To support QHSE functions, ensuring that the QHSE management system is implemented and developed to company requirements and procedures. The role will involve preparing QHSE documents, preparing internal performance indicators and following up on all relevant QHSE activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepares QHSE Management System documentation.
Prepares internal performance indicators and reports.
Follow up QHSE related accidents, incidents and non-conformities, etc.
Monitors and controls the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazards, risks and environmental aspects.
Participates in the preparation of annual QHSE improvement plans of related sites.
Participates in QHSE committees with related personnel and contactors.
Develops and maintains QHSE procedures according to corporate requirements.
Prepares reports and analysis of QHSE indicators and trends.
Participates in internal and external QHSE audits and inspections.
Participates in development and delivery of QHSE Training.
Participates in the investigations of accidents, incidents and quality events by assisting in the determination of the causes and the definition of the proper corrective and preventative actions.
Participates in the evaluation of risks and the environmental impact of investment projects.
Compliant in the use of QHSE related systems and Company IT tools.
Complies with Company policies, procedures and management standards and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to their area of responsibility.

Required Training:

Trained in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
API Q1 – Quality Management Standard
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management
NEBOSH General Certificate

Required Experience:

Experience working within a QHSE role
Experience working within a manufacturing environment

Remuneration:

The role comes with a highly competitive salary, plus bonuses, private health, medical and dental, pension scheme and fitness re-imbursements.
Salary between £47,000 – £55,000
