We have a permanent position that’s become available for a Site Manager (preferably with a joinery background but other trades will be considered) for on-going new build housing projects working mainly in the East of Scotland.
The company itself is relativity small. They design, manufacture and install their own timber kits focusing more on high quality rather than high volume however as they are getting increasingly busier they need someone to come on board who can lead from the front managing the site safely and efficiently.
The builds are a mixture of private residential and social housing, so the ideal candidate would be versatile and able handle both types of builds effectively. Good people skills are also needed with the diversity to handle all types of trades and labour.
Ideally you will have a valid SMSTS card and first aid however if either have lapsed then it’s not insurmountable.
