Having successfully recruited in 2017 we are now looking at additional opportunities for Trainees to join KBM Resourcing in 2018 as we expand our team and specialisms. We have been running an IT/Technology section for 18 months now and need to recruit the right person to take it from here. Ideally you will have some knowledge of programming languages so you can understand the candidate and client requirements.
Starting with KBM as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant allows you to learn the mechanics of the role whilst impressing us with your enthusiasm and determination to succeed. We will ensure you are mentored and receive excellent training which culminates in a professional qualification, the CertRP, (Certificate in Recruitment Practice) plus a pathway to career progression tailored to suit your abilities and ambitions.
To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant with us means we are looking for intelligent, ambitious, articulate candidates with some commercial experience ideally in a sales based, customer focussed environment, however personal attributes are as important as work experience.
You will be running your own IT specialist section in our Forfar office meeting Clients and interviewing Candidates across the North and Central Scotland so a driving licence is required. By nature recruitment can be transient so the ability to develop new business relationships and to use the telephone effectively as a business tool is essential as is the confidence to succeed in a target based and competitive industry.
