We are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. Whilst working with a mentor you will learn all aspects of running your own section including business development, interviewing candidates and going on client visits. A lot of the role involves telephone sales so the ability to talk on the phone is a must. Whilst you don’t need a sales background it would be useful if you have done some sort of customer related work before.
We have a high work ethic and believe in investing in each team member through training, industry qualifications and personal development. Our internal training programme lasts circa 9 months and within that time you will be ready to start your CertRP, the Certificate in Recruitment Practice, an industry recognised qualification so this would suit someone with drive and ambition.
Recruitment is challenging, you are multi-tasking every day whilst effectively running your own business. You set your own targets so it’s important you are ambitious and driven in a competitive environment.
You will need a drivers licence however a company car is provided to attend meetings.
